本頁用繁體中文說明桌伴主要功能怎麼用。內容對應實際產品流程，適合新手第一次上手，也方便搜尋引擎與人工審核直接閱讀（不需先登入）。介面細節可能隨版本微調，若與畫面不一致，以站內最新版本為準。

開啟桌伴開始操作

一、開始使用

  1. 用電腦或手機瀏覽器開啟 https://tablematetw.com/。
  2. 首頁上方可切換語言（中／英），並使用搜尋框快速找遊戲名稱或關鍵字。
  3. 多數瀏覽功能訪客可用；要建立自己的收藏、參與聚落、刊登市集或聊天，請點右上角登入。
  4. 建議新會員使用 Google 登入（目前以此為主；既有信箱帳號仍可用信箱與密碼登入）。登入後點頭像可開啟個人選單：會員中心、新手指南、更新日誌、聯繫客服等。

若畫面看起來像舊版，可在個人選單使用「立刻更新」，強制載入最新前端資源。

二、桌遊海（百科）

「桌遊海」是社群共同維護的桌遊資料庫，適合用來探索沒玩過的遊戲、比對人數／時長／難度，或查規則相關連結。

怎麼找遊戲？

  • 在搜尋框輸入中文或英文名稱關鍵字。
  • 開啟「篩選」，依標籤、人數、時長、難度等條件縮小範圍。
  • 切換列表／卡牌等檢視模式，依喜好瀏覽。
  • 點進遊戲後可查看說明、擴充、規則入口等資訊（視資料完整度而定）。

娛樂區

站內「娛樂區」提供輕量測驗（例如偏好類型），完成後會依答案推薦桌遊海中的相關遊戲。測驗結果可作為挑選入手或今晚開什麼的參考，不是專業心理評量。

三、桌遊庫／收藏

桌遊庫用來管理「我擁有／我想追蹤」的遊戲，和百科分開：百科是公共資料，庫存是你的私人或聚落資料。

  • 加入收藏：在桌遊海找到遊戲後，依畫面提示加入自己的庫存（需登入）。
  • 填寫欄位：可記錄購買人、入庫日、入手價、牌套規格（寬×高 mm 與張數）等，方便日後盤點與上套。
  • 擴充：主遊戲下方可管理擴充盒，擴充也可單獨設定牌套與入庫資訊。
  • 批次操作：庫存較多時，可使用批次模式一次調整擁有者、入庫日等欄位。
  • 空間上限：免費帳號可能有庫存格數限制；可依站內說明以代幣擴充或升級 VIP。
  • 雲端同步：登入後桌遊庫會自動存到雲端（Firebase）；換裝置請用同一帳號。無需手動「雲端同步」按鈕。

建議養成「入手當天就登錄」的習慣，之後找「適合今晚玩的盒」會快很多。

四、聚落

聚落適合社團、店家或固定牌友圈：共享桌遊庫、公告與聊天，減少「遊戲在誰家、今晚能不能借」的溝通成本。

  • 登入後可透過首頁切換器在「公開大廳」與你的聚落之間切換（實際入口以介面為準）。
  • 擁有者／管理員可管理成員、空間與聚落設定；一般成員依權限瀏覽或編輯庫存。
  • 雲端同步（自動）：登入後，聚落／個人桌遊庫存會即時寫入 Firebase。新增、編輯、刪除都會自動同步；換電腦或手機請用同一帳號登入即可看到同一份庫存。沒有、也不需要常駐的「按一下才同步」按鈕。
  • 若瀏覽器仍留有舊版離線本機備份、且雲端尚無庫資料時，遙控器才會出現「上傳本機備份」（把舊備份一次上傳到雲端）。一般使用者不會看到此按鈕。
  • 說明：遙控器 →「庫設定」內有簡短雲端說明；可隨時查看。
  • 聚落聊天室可用於大廳討論、公告與諮詢；請保持友善，遵守社群規範。
  • 部分進階工具（例如商家會員、票券）依聚落類型與權限開放。

五、市集

市集用來刊登二手桌遊、徵求或相關交易資訊，讓閒置的盒子流動到需要的人手上。

  1. 登入後進入市集分頁，選擇刊登出售或徵求。
  2. 清楚填寫遊戲名稱、狀態、價格、面交／寄送條件與聯絡方式偏好。
  3. 與買家／賣家溝通時，建議保留關鍵約定於站內對話，並遵守安全交易常識（面交選公共場所、先確認品項再付款等）。
  4. 平台不保證每筆私人交易；發生糾紛時請先自行協商，必要時向客服提供證據協助調處。

禁止刊登盜版、違法商品或明顯誤導之資訊。詳見社群規範。

六、揪團與活動相關

桌伴提供揪團／場次相關功能，協助玩家找到今晚或週末的同桌夥伴。使用時請：

  • 寫清楚時間、地點（或線上方式）、人數、遊戲類型與費用（若有場地費）。
  • 準時赴約；若無法參加請提前告知發起人。
  • 尊重店家與其他桌次，勿霸佔座位或干擾他人遊玩。

地圖或地區篩選功能可用來縮小範圍；定位權限由瀏覽器控制，您可拒絕授權，改以手動選擇地區。

七、帳號、通知與客服

  • 會員中心：更新頭像、暱稱與個人簡介。
  • 通知與設定：管理推播或 Gmail 相關通知選項（若有開啟）。
  • 會員權益／VIP：查看方案差異（例如廣告、庫存上限）；儲值說明見 topup.html。
  • 聯繫客服：登入後可透過選單聯繫管理員；或寄信 tablematetw@gmail.com。
  • 隱私：資料如何蒐集與使用，請閱讀 隱私權政策。

八、實用小技巧

  • 開桌前先用篩選「人數＋時長」，再從收藏裡挑，比從書櫃肉眼掃更快。
  • 牌套資訊填一次，之後換套或補套時可直接看統計，不用拆盒重數。
  • 聚落共享庫請約定「誰可以編輯」；誤刪可用站內流程或聯絡管理員協助。
  • 遇到疑似詐騙或違規刊登，請使用檢舉／客服，並避免站外私下匯款給陌生人。
  • 手機可將網站「加到主畫面」，較接近 App 的使用感。

Open TableMate

1. Getting started

  1. Open https://tablematetw.com/ on desktop or mobile.
  2. Use the header language switch (ZH/EN) and the search box.
  3. Browsing works for guests; sign in (top-right) for libraries, colonies, listings, and chat.
  4. Prefer Google sign-in. After login, the avatar menu opens Member Center, guide links, changelog, and support.

If the UI looks outdated, use “Update Now” in the avatar menu to hard-refresh assets.

2. Board Game Sea

The Sea is a community encyclopedia—explore titles by players, duration, difficulty, or tags, and open rules links when available.

  • Search Chinese or English names.
  • Use Filters for tags, players, duration, difficulty.
  • Switch list/card views as you like.

Fun Zone

Light quizzes recommend Sea games from your answers—entertainment only, not a clinical assessment.

3. Libraries / collections

Libraries track what you own or follow. The Sea is public data; a library is yours or your colony’s.

  • Add from the Sea after signing in.
  • Fields like purchaser, stock date, price, sleeve size (mm × sheets).
  • Expansions and bulk edits when collections grow.
  • Space limits may apply on free accounts—expand with tokens or VIP as shown in-app.
  • Cloud sync is automatic after sign-in (Firebase). Use the same account on another device—no manual “Cloud sync” button.

4. Colonies

Colonies suit clubs, stores, or regular groups: shared library, announcements, and chat.

  • Switch between the public lobby and your colonies from the home selector.
  • Owners/admins manage members and settings; members follow permissions.
  • Cloud sync (automatic): after you sign in, inventory writes to Firebase live. Add/edit/delete syncs automatically; use the same account on another device. There is no everyday “tap to sync” button.
  • Upload local backup appears on Remote only if this browser still has a legacy offline backup and the cloud library is empty—most users will never see it.
  • See a short explainer under Remote → Library settings.
  • Stay kind in colony chat and follow the Community Rules.

5. Marketplace

  1. Sign in, open Market, list for sale or wanted.
  2. Be clear about condition, price, meetup/shipping, and contact preference.
  3. Keep key agreements in-site; follow common-sense trade safety.
  4. TableMate does not guarantee private deals—negotiate first; contact support with evidence if needed.

No pirated, illegal, or clearly misleading listings. See Community Rules.

6. LFG

  • State time, place (or online), player count, game type, and fees if any.
  • Show up on time—or tell the host early if you can’t.
  • Respect stores and other tables.

Region filters help narrow results; location permission is optional—you can pick regions manually.

8. Tips

  • Filter by players + duration before scanning the shelf.
  • Fill sleeve data once; reuse it later.
  • Agree who can edit shared colony libraries.
  • Report scams; avoid wiring money to strangers off-platform.
  • Add the site to your home screen on mobile for an app-like feel.
