隱私權政策

本政策說明「桌伴 TableMate」（網域 tablematetw.com，下稱「本服務」）如何蒐集、使用、保存與保護您的個人資料。使用本服務即表示您已閱讀並理解本政策內容。

一、適用範圍

本政策適用於透過瀏覽器或安裝至主畫面（PWA）造訪本服務之使用者，包含訪客瀏覽與會員登入後之功能。本服務主要提供台灣桌遊玩家管理桌遊庫、瀏覽桌遊百科、聚落協作、市集與揪團等工具。

若您透過外部連結前往第三方網站（例如支付服務、Google 登入、影片平台），該第三方之隱私作法以對方政策為準，本政策無法涵蓋。

二、我們可能蒐集的資料

1. 您主動提供的資料

  • 帳號資料：顯示名稱、頭像、個人簡介、聯絡方式（若您於客服或回饋表單中填寫）。
  • 內容資料：桌遊庫／收藏、市集刊登、揪團訊息、聊天內容、反饋與檢舉內容等使用者產生內容（UGC）。
  • 交易相關資料：代幣儲值或 VIP 相關申請中，您提供之匯款資訊摘要、訂單編號等（僅用於核對與客服）。

2. 系統自動產生或技術資料

  • 裝置與瀏覽器類型、作業系統、語言設定、大致使用時段。
  • 服務運作所需之記錄（例如錯誤診斷、安全性與濫用防護）。
  • Cookie 或類似技術儲存的偏好設定（詳見下方 Cookie 說明）。

我們不會要求您提供身分證字號、信用卡完整卡號等高度敏感資料作為一般註冊條件。線上金流若啟用，付款細節由金流服務商處理。

三、登入與帳號

本服務目前透過 Google 第三方身分驗證登入（Firebase Authentication）。登入時，我們會取得 Google 提供之必要識別資訊（例如唯一使用者 ID、顯示名稱、頭像網址、信箱（若有授權）），用於建立與維護您的會員帳號。

  • 您可隨時於帳號選單登出。
  • 若需刪除帳號或清除特定內容，請透過本頁「聯絡我們」向管理員提出；我們將在合理期間內協助處理（依法令或爭議保留之資料除外）。
  • 既有信箱與密碼帳號仍可登入維護；新會員請使用 Google 登入（站內目前不開放新的信箱註冊）。

五、廣告與 Google AdSense

為維持免費功能營運，本服務可能於部分頁面顯示第三方廣告，包含 Google AdSense。廣告顯示時：

  • Google 及其合作夥伴可能使用 Cookie 或裝置識別技術，依您的造訪紀錄在本網站及／或其他網站顯示廣告。
  • 您可造訪 Google 廣告設定（例如 adssettings.google.com）管理個人化廣告偏好。

VIP 或特定方案可能提供減少／關閉部分站內廣告之權益，但第三方 Cookie 政策仍以廣告供應商為準。

六、Firebase 與雲端基礎設施

本服務使用 Google Firebase 相關產品作為後端基礎設施，可能包含：

  • Authentication：帳號驗證。
  • Realtime Database／Cloud Functions／Storage：儲存桌遊資料、聚落內容、訊息與媒體檔案，並執行伺服端邏輯。
  • Hosting：提供靜態網頁與應用程式檔案。

資料處理地點依 Google／Firebase 服務配置而定。我們僅在提供功能、維護安全與法令要求之必要範圍內存取與處理資料。

七、資料使用目的

  • 提供、維護與改善桌遊庫、百科、市集、揪團、聚落與客服功能。
  • 身分驗證、防止濫用、處理檢舉與安全事件。
  • 依您的請求處理儲值、VIP、廣告投放等站內服務。
  • 寄送與服務相關之必要通知（例如交易狀態、系統重要公告）；行銷性質訊息會盡量尊重您的設定。
  • 統計整體使用情況（去識別或彙總），以改善產品體驗。

八、資料分享與揭露

除下列情形外，我們不會出售您的個人資料：

  • 服務供應商：如 Firebase／Google、金流、圖床或推播等，僅於履行服務所需範圍內處理。
  • 公開內容：您選擇公開的個人主頁、市集刊登、百科貢獻等，其他使用者可見。
  • 法令與安全：依主管機關合法要求、或為保護使用者與平台重大權益所必要時。

九、您的權利與資料保存

在適用法令允許範圍內，您可請求查詢、更正、補充或刪除個人資料，或請求停止蒐集／利用（可能影響帳號可用性）。資料保存期間原則上為帳號存續期間及業務、法令或爭議處理所需之合理期間。

請注意：使用者產生內容可能被其他成員引用或備份；完全清除公開內容可能需額外時間或技術限制。

How TableMate (tablematetw.com) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. Using the service means you have read this policy.

1. Scope

Applies to browser and PWA use—guest browsing and signed-in features for libraries, Sea, colonies, market, and LFG.

Third-party sites (payments, Google sign-in, video hosts) follow their own policies.

2. Data we may collect

You provide

  • Profile: display name, avatar, bio, contact info you send to support.
  • UGC: libraries, listings, LFG, chat, feedback, reports.
  • Top-up / VIP verification details you submit (for matching only).

Technical

  • Device/browser type, OS, language, approximate usage times.
  • Logs for errors, security, and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies / similar storage for preferences (see Cookies).

We do not require national ID or full credit-card numbers for normal signup. Payment details are handled by payment providers when enabled.

3. Sign-in

Primary auth is Google via Firebase Authentication (UID, display name, avatar, email if granted).

  • You can sign out anytime.
  • To delete an account or specific data, contact us via this page; we will help within a reasonable time except where law/disputes require retention.
  • Legacy email/password accounts still work; new members should use Google.

5. Ads & Google AdSense

Some pages may show third-party ads including AdSense. Google/partners may use cookies for relevance, measurement, or fraud prevention. Manage preferences at adssettings.google.com. See Google Privacy Policy. VIP plans may reduce in-site ads; partner cookie policies still apply.

6. Firebase

We use Firebase Auth, Realtime Database / Functions / Storage, and Hosting to run the product. We access data only as needed to provide features, security, and legal compliance.

7. Purposes

  • Provide and improve libraries, Sea, market, LFG, colonies, and support.
  • Authentication, anti-abuse, reports, security.
  • Fulfill top-up / VIP / sponsored ad requests you make.
  • Service notifications; marketing messages respect your settings where possible.
  • Aggregated/anonymous analytics to improve UX.

8. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share with:

  • Processors (Firebase/Google, payments, push) as needed to run the service.
  • Public content you choose to publish.
  • Authorities or safety cases when legally required.

9. Your rights & retention

Where law allows, you may request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop certain processing (which may limit the account). Retention generally lasts while the account exists and for a reasonable period for operations, law, or disputes. Fully removing public UGC may take extra time.
